A group of people decides to open up the doors of their houses. They decide to let in people they don’t know. The EXATR-Lab project is based on this simple concept and it is intended to help us reflecting on what it really means to look at, recognize, and encounter someone. In the area of the former ATR depot a group of neighbours (which are part of a certain context) decide to open up their doors to visitors. As the core of a urban revitalization project, the ex ATR depot will now open under the name of EXATR. The project was created because we wanted to share the experience of a new way to look at the world with as many people as possibile. A new way to look at any given situation regardless of what might happen in it. We started from our neighbours.
