Xebeche [csèbece]

gruppo nanou’s imaginary has a direct and particular connection with cinema. The title of the show comes from a quote in the film Dead Man by Jim Jarmusch: “My name is Xebeche, one who speaks loudly without saying anything. I prefer to be called Nobody”.

The relationship between the identity, its fading, the multiple forms of the human figure and the rigor of the geometry of the spaces in which it can act, are played on the stage with rational creative strategy, through the bodies, the repetitions and the continuous transformations.

Faithful to a rigorous and passionate research on the dynamic relationship of the body in space, gruppo nanou has always been able to generate new expressive processes, thanks to a choreography extended to sound, image and light, to reveal the perturbing lying in everyday life.
